The Right Fit at the Right Time

During her two-year career break, Carolina had moved to the UK whilst also looking after her young child. She was searching for a role that would allow her to grow professionally while giving her the flexibility to be present for her son.

Carolina's Career at SimplyVAT

Carolina joined SimplyVAT in 2024 as we launched our Customer Success team and has played a major role in the team’s growth. Her flexible role gave her the space to be a dedicated parent and build long-lasting relationships with SimplyVAT’s clients. 

In her role, Carolina helps us provide the best possible customer service – the kind that’s gotten SimplyVAT nominated for several customer service awards

  • March 2024 – Customer Success Manager 
    Represented SimplyVAT at an Ecommerce conference
  • 2025 – Client Centric Project Lead
    Named project manager for SimplyVAT’s Client Centric team – our cross-department group working to improve our clients’ experience

What a Customer Success Manager does at SimplyVAT

Every day is different, but the focus of Carolina’s day is always the same: delighting our clients and adding value. She makes sure our clients are happy, supported and engaged by: 

  • Collaborating with Client Managers to turn client feedback into action 
  • Identifying what’s working, what needs to improve and how 
  • Working on strategies to reduce churn and improve client value 
  • Leading initiatives that create long-term client satisfaction
